1. Cancellation is allowed only before the order is shipped.
2. For damaged, expired, or incorrect items (e.g., broken seals, leaks, or incorrect weight/volume), the customer must provide proof (photo/video). If no fault is found with the customer, a partial or full replacement or refund will be provided. Refunds will be processed by the Vendor (if they collected payment) or Pashushala (if payment was collected by Pashushala). Any refund issues will be resolved by the Vendor within 10 days.
3. If delivery is delayed beyond 7-10 days, the Vendor will contact the customer for consent on either accepting the delay, order cancellation, or refund. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed directly by the Vendor.
