1.Cancellation is allowed only before the order is shipped.
2.For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the company/vendor may contact you to request a partial advance payment for order confirmation.
3.For damaged, expired, or incorrect items (e.g., broken seals, leaks, or incorrect weight/volume), the customer must provide proof (photo/video). If no fault is found with the customer, a partial or full replacement or refund will be provided. Refunds will be processed by the Vendor (if they collected payment) or Pashushala (if payment was collected by Pashushala). Any refund issues will be resolved by the Vendor within 10 days.
