1)After purchasing, a payment link will be shared with you, and further information about delivery time will be communicated.

2) For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the company/vendor may contact you to request a partial advance payment for order confirmation.
3)The rate of milking machine is inclusive of transportation


4)The machine has a warranty period of 6 months, which includes warranty for the pump and pulsator.


5)Training support will be provided online via video call. No onsite service is provided for the pump, motor, and pulsator. Other rubber and plastic parts have no warranty.


6)For pump or pulsator repair, we provide online support and a spares kit. For warranty claims, we don't charge for spares. If not under warranty, then spares are chargeable..


7)Run the machine on a single-phase light 230VAC and ensure proper earthing.


8)The machine is sent by courier. Once the machine reaches the customer, we instruct them to create a video while opening the box. If any part is found damaged after opening the box, that part is sent to the customer as replacement.


9)For any manufacturing fault of any parts, we will replace them within the first 7 days.


10)If a customer wishes to return the machine, they must do so within 8 days of purchase. Courier charges for returning will be deducted from the customer's payment received. Once the machine is received at the factory, we will inspect its condition. If any damage or missing parts are found, the cost of those will be deducted from the payment amount. After deducting these costs, the remaining amount will be transferred directly to the customer's account.
