It looks like a digestive upset with weakness, and in a one month old kid this can turn serious fast. First, keep the kid warm and dry, away from cold wind and wet bedding. Give clean lukewarm water with oral rehydration salts in small sips if it is still able to swallow. If the belly is swollen, do not force milk for a few hours and keep it on soft bedding. Check the mouth for sores, and see if there is diarrhea, fever, or coughing. If the kid is not drinking at all, is very weak, or has fever with cough or nasal discharge, get veterinary help within twenty four hours because young kids can crash quickly. Treating it early is far cheaper than losing a growing kid. Consult a veterinarian before administering any medicine or treatment.
