गाय और गाय के छोटे बच्चे को कौन कौन सी वैक्सीन कब कब मिलेगी चाहिए
This is a preventive vaccination schedule for your cow and calf. Generally, start the calf with FMD vaccine at about four months of age, give one booster after one month, then repeat every six months. For a female calf, Brucella vaccine is usually given once in life at four to eight months of age. HS vaccine should be given once every year before monsoon, and in Bihar this is important because outbreaks rise in rainy season. BQ vaccine is usually given from about six months of age, once every year before monsoon, especially if cases occur in your area. Adult cows should get FMD every six months, and HS and BQ yearly before monsoon. Deworming is needed every three to six months as per vet advice. Do not vaccinate if the animal has fever, heavy weakness, or is not eating. Keep the vaccine cold and let a trained vaccinator give it. If swelling, high fever, or breathing trouble comes after vaccination, call one nine six two or the nearest government Veterinary Dispensary the same day.
