Goat fever with breathing trouble is serious. Keep the kid or goat in a dry, warm place, give clean water, and do not force-feed. If there is cough, nasal discharge, or fast breathing, it needs a vet within twenty-four hours because young goats can worsen quickly. If it is an adult goat and only mild fever, watch closely and separate it from the herd. Consult a veterinarian before administering any medicine or treatment.
