7 months over till now not growing baby goat

This is stunted growth, most likely from poor feeding or worms. First, give good green fodder, enough dry fodder, clean water, and a mineral mixture every day. Then deworm it properly, because goats with worm load stop growing even if they eat. Check the droppings too. If it is loose, dull, or has a pot belly, worms are very likely. If the kid is weak, keep it separate and feed it well for the next few weeks. As a general practice, deworming every three to four months helps, and shed hygiene matters a lot. If it still does not start gaining weight in two to three weeks, or if it has cough, fever, or diarrhea, get a vet to examine it. Consult a veterinarian before administering any medicine or treatment.
