Black gir cow

Black Gir is a good dairy cow if you want hardy milk production. Gir cows usually give six to ten liters a day, and well managed ones can reach twelve to fifteen liters. For buying, milk her in your presence, do a CMT test on all four quarters, check which month of lactation she is in, and verify age and body condition. If the price is above fifty thousand rupees, take a Pashumitra or vet along.
