White scours with no dung and no feeding in a calf is a serious dehydration problem, and it can turn dangerous fast. First, keep the calf warm and dry, away from wind and rain. Then give oral rehydration solution in small frequent sips. If the calf is still suckling, continue milk in small amounts, but do not force-feed. Keep the mother and calf in a clean pen and watch for sunken eyes, weakness, or cold ears. If the calf is under three months and has any cough, nasal discharge, or fast breathing, it needs veterinary attention within twenty-four hours. If the calf becomes weak, stops standing, or cannot drink, this is urgent today. Treating it now is far cheaper than losing the calf to dehydration.
