can i buy a cow near lakhimpur

Yes, you can buy a dairy cow near Lakhimpur. For milk, look for Sahiwal, Gir, HF cross, or Jersey cross. Before paying, milk her in your presence, do a CMT test on all four quarters, ask which month of lactation she is in, and check age and body condition. If the price is above fifty thousand rupees, take a Pashumitra or vet with you. If you want, I can help you shortlist the right cow.
