Can i give my bulloks free

If you mean free grazing, yes, but do not let bullocks roam loose near roads or other fields. Give them a safe tethered or fenced grazing area, clean water, and some dry fodder or straw after grazing so they do not lose body condition. If they are working animals, free grazing alone is not enough; they still need regular feed and mineral mixture. If you meant something else by free, tell me and I will guide you properly.
