For dairy in Deoghar, choose Sahiwal, Gir, or HF cross. If you want steadier milk in local heat, Sahiwal and Gir are safer; if you have good feed and shed cooling, HF cross can give more milk. Before paying, milk the cow in your presence, do a CMT test on all four quarters, check which month of lactation she is in, and verify age and body condition. For any cow above fifty thousand rupees, take a Pashumitra or vet along.
