If you want to buy her for milk, first milk her in your presence and watch the yield, then check all four quarters with a CMT test, and ask which month of lactation she is in. A cow in the seventh or eighth month will drop yield soon. For Kanpur, a Sahiwal, Gir, HF cross, or Jersey cross is usually a better dairy choice.
