Check milk in your presence, do a CMT test on all four quarters, ask the lactation month, and verify age and body condition. If the cow is above fifty thousand rupees, take a Pashumitra or vet with you. Gir usually gives six to ten liters a day, and well managed animals can go up to twelve to fifteen liters.
