Girolando is a solid dairy cow choice for milk. In your area, I would still prefer a healthy HF cross or Jersey cross if you want easier availability and better fit. Before paying, milk her in your presence, do a CMT test on all four quarters, and ask which month of lactation she is in. If she is above fifty thousand rupees, take a Pashumitra or vet along.
