I want some information regarding my cow she is 1-2 year and she get sick and can't sit she stand for long hours and had fever

High fever with a cow that cannot sit is serious. First keep her in a cool shaded place, give clean fresh water, and do not force her to walk much. Make her stand on soft dry bedding and check her legs, hooves, and udder for swelling, wounds, or heat. If she is weak, off feed, or breathing fast, she needs a vet today because fever with inability to sit can be from infection, foot pain, milk fever is less likely at this age, or a severe body illness. Do not give any medicine on your own. Consult a veterinarian before administering any medicine or treatment. This can turn costly fast if the infection worsens and she stops eating or lying down properly. If she becomes unable to stand, has a swollen leg, foul discharge, or the fever stays high by evening, book a Pashu Vet on Pashushala or call the Kisan Call Centre on eighteen hundred one eight zero one five five one.
