I want the deworming plan for lambs

Lambs need a careful deworming plan, because worms can slow growth very fast. As a general practice, start watching the eyes from about six weeks of age, and deworm only if the lamb looks weak, pale, pot-bellied, or has loose dung. For most Indian flocks, a targeted plan every three to six months works better than blanket deworming, but young lambs in dirty pens may need earlier attention. Keep the shed dry, avoid overstocking, and do not let lambs graze on wet, contaminated ground. If the lamb is pale, losing weight, or has bottle jaw, treat it the same day. For a precise plan for your flock, book a Pashu Vet on Pashushala or call the Kisan Call Centre on eighteen hundred one eight zero one five five one.
