Milk her in your presence before paying, do a CMT test on all four quarters, and ask which month of lactation she is in. If you want fifteen litres consistently, one cow will not hold that level for long; you need two cows with staggered calvings. For any cow above fifty thousand rupees, take a Pashumitra or vet along.
