I want to hire one milker and one helper.

You need one milker and one helper for your cows. First hire someone who knows clean milking, udder washing, and basic shed work. Check their honesty, morning routine, and whether they can handle cows calmly. If you want to find workers on Pashushala, use Pashumitra signup and post your requirement there.
