Jersey is a good dairy cow for your area. Open the Cow section and shortlist Jersey cows. Before paying, milk her in your presence, do a CMT test on all four quarters, ask which month of lactation she is in, and check age and body condition. For any cow above fifty thousand rupees, take a Pashumitra or vet with you.
