Increase milk quantity

Milk yield is usually low because feed balance is off. Give more green fodder, enough dry fodder, and a proper mineral mixture every day. Keep clean water always in front of her. Milk her at fixed times, and do not skip concentrates after milking. If she is in early lactation, feed more energy; if she is thin, improve body condition slowly. If milk is still not rising in three to five days, check for mastitis or worm load.
