Twenty thousand rupees is too tight for a good dairy cow. In Kota, a healthy Sahiwal, Gir, or HF cross usually costs more. If you still buy in this budget, take only a cow that is milking in front of you, has clean udder, no fever, and is not in late lactation. Do a CMT test on all four quarters and bring a Pashumitra or vet if the price goes above fifty thousand rupees.
