The cow recovered, but a few days later, whenever she sat down, some tissue would protrude from her uterus. She subsequently underwent further treatment involving injections of Vetmate, Bayrocin, Catosal, Flunixin, and Frusemide, along with the oral administration of the liquid medicine 'Harmotone'. She is currently being given liquid 'Mifex', yet her total milk yield remains only 4 liters across both milkings. What should be done?

गर्भाशय का हल्का प्रोलैप्स या अंदर की सूजन अभी भी चल रही लगती है। अभी सबसे पहले उसे साफ, सूखी जगह पर अलग बांधिए। जब भी ऊतक बाहर आए, उसे ठंडे साफ पानी में भीगे कपड़े से नम रखिए। उसे खुद अंदर धकेलने की कोशिश मत कीजिए। दूध कम होना भी इसी सूजन, कमजोरी और गर्भाशय के पूरी तरह ठीक न होने से हो सकता है। अब उसे फिर से पशु चिकित्सक से अंदरूनी जांच करानी चाहिए, क्योंकि बार बार ऊतक बाहर आना सामान्य बात नहीं है। डॉक्टर को गर्भाशय की स्थिति, संक्रमण, और अंदर कोई टुकड़ा बचा है या नहीं, यह देखना होगा। अगर बुखार, बदबूदार स्राव, भूख कम, या बार बार जोर लगाने की आदत हो, तो मामला और गंभीर है। अभी चारा हरा, सूखा और पचने वाला दीजिए। साफ पानी भरपूर रखिए। दाना एकदम ज्यादा मत बढ़ाइए। कैल्शियम, खनिज मिश्रण और अच्छा प्रोटीन वाला आहार दूध बढ़ाने में मदद करेगा, लेकिन पहले गर्भाशय ठीक होना जरूरी है। यह स्थिति दूध की कमाई पर सीधा असर डाल रही है, इसलिए देर करने से नुकसान बढ़ेगा। अगर ऊतक फिर से बाहर आए, बदबू आए, या दूध और घटे, तो उसी दिन पशु चिकि���्सक को बुलाइए। Consult a veterinarian before administering any medicine or treatment.
