Milk drop is often from feed shortage, heat stress, or early mastitis. First check her feed, water, and whether the udder feels hot, hard, or painful. Milk her in your presence and see if one quarter is weak. If the milk drop is sudden, do a CMT test on all four quarters. Give more green fodder, enough concentrate, and clean water.
