This looks like a digestive or metabolic problem, not a simple fever case. First, check her dung, chewing of cud, and whether the left side of the belly is swollen. Give plenty of clean water, good green fodder, and a little mineral mixture with soft feed. Keep her walking slowly for a while if the belly looks tight. If she is passing hard dung, has no cud, or the left side is bloated, she needs a vet examination today. If she is just dull with low milk and off-feed on and off, the common causes are rumen upset, worm load, liver trouble, or early ketosis. Treating it now is much cheaper than losing milk for many days. Consult a veterinarian before administering any medicine or treatment.
