On aug 2 my Buffalo was delivered today the baby calf poop red colour

Red stool in a newborn buffalo calf can be from blood in the gut, and in a calf this young it needs close watching today. First keep the calf warm, give clean colostrum or milk in small feeds, and make sure it is not getting chilled or weak. Check the navel for swelling, bad smell, or bleeding, and see whether the calf is straining, dull, or refusing milk. If the red colour is only a little and the calf is active and drinking, it may settle, but if the stool is watery, foul, or truly bloody, or the calf becomes weak, that is urgent. Do not give any home medicine or human medicine. For a newborn calf, dehydration and gut infection can worsen fast, so if the red stool repeats more than once or the calf stops drinking, get a vet to examine it today. Treating it early is far cheaper than losing a young calf.
