Pangaur is not a standard dairy cow breed name I can verify. If you want a milk cow, look for Sahiwal, Gir, HF cross, or Jersey cross. Check the cow in your presence, milk her before paying, do a CMT test on all four quarters, and ask which month of lactation she is in. If the deal is above fifty thousand rupees, take a Pashumitra or vet along.
