HF cross is the cheapest practical dairy choice near you. In Banaskantha, pick a healthy first or second lactation cow with a clean udder and good appetite. Before paying, milk her in your presence, do a CMT test on all four quarters, and ask which month of lactation she is in. If the price is above fifty thousand rupees, take a Pashumitra or vet along.
