Purgnur cow

Punganur is a very small indigenous dairy cow, but for regular milk business I would not choose it first. For dairy, Gir, Sahiwal, HF cross, or Jersey cross are better. If you still want Punganur, check milk in your presence, do a CMT test on all four quarters, ask the lactation month, and verify age and body condition. For any cow above fifty thousand rupees, take a Pashumitra or vet along.
