Thanaila rog ki dawa
Mastitis looks likely. First, milk the affected quarter out completely and keep that milk separate. Wash the udder with clean lukewarm water, dry it well, and keep the cow on clean dry bedding. Do not let the calf suck that quarter for now. Give plenty of clean water and good green fodder, and reduce very heavy concentrate feed for a day or two. The vet will usually need to examine the udder and may prescribe an antibiotic treatment if needed. If the udder is hot, very painful, milk has flakes or blood, or the cow gets fever, get help the same day. Treating it now is far cheaper than losing milk for the rest of the lactation. Consult a veterinarian before administering any medicine or treatment.
