Want best high milking yield desi cow

For a high-yield desi dairy cow, Gir and Sahiwal are the best choices. Gir is hardy and gives about six to ten liters a day, and a well-managed one can reach twelve to fifteen liters. Sahiwal usually gives eight to twelve liters and is very good in Indian heat. When buying, milk her in front of you, do a CMT test on all four quarters, ask which month of lactation she is in, and check age and body condition. If the cow is above fifty thousand rupees, take a Pashumitra or vet along.
