What is the estimated time of cow calving
Cow gestation is usually about two hundred eighty three days, roughly nine months and ten days. In the last two weeks, the udder fills, teats may wax, and the tail head loosens. When she starts restless getting up and down, calving is often within two to eight hours. If active straining goes beyond one hour with no calf, call a vet at once.
