What medicine should I give?

Chronic diarrhea is likely here. First, give clean water with oral rehydration solution in small amounts through the day. Keep only dry, clean fodder and good hay. Stop lush green fodder, kitchen waste, and any sudden feed change. Keep her separate, dry, and warm. If the droppings are very watery, foul smelling, or there is blood, she may need a dewormer or other treatment from a vet after checking the cause. If she is still passing loose dung after two days, or becomes weak, stops eating, or gets sunken eyes, arrange a vet visit the same day. Treating it now is much cheaper than losing body condition and milk later.
