Start with FMD first if your local schedule is due. For a calf this age, also keep HS and BQ on the calendar as per your area vet’s schedule, and deworming should be done if it has not been done recently. Give the vaccine only to a healthy calf with no fever or loose dung. If she is weak, off feed, or has cough, wait and get her checked first.
